Delivery note software for small manufacturers

Stop retyping orders into templates. Dockets turns every trade order into a clean delivery note for your customer and a jobsheet for your team, printed in one click and always matching the order.

One order, every document

  1. Take the order

Enter it yourself or let the customer send it through their own order link.

  2. Print the jobsheet

Products, quantities, notes and delivery address for the people making and packing it.

  3. Print the delivery note

Your logo and business details, the customer's PO, and no prices or internal notes.

  4. Email on dispatch

Enable dispatch emails in Settings to send the customer a delivery note when their order is marked dispatched.

Documents that always match the order

Delivery notes and jobsheets are built from the same order, so quantities never drift apart. Each carries a simple order number like #1001 plus the customer's own reference.

Your choice of detail

  • Show or hide product codes on jobsheets and delivery notes from Settings.
  • Add your logo and business details once and they appear on every print.
  • Print straight from the browser on any printer, no extra software.
  • Include optional batch numbers and best before dates on each product line.

A delivery note is not an invoice

A delivery note records what arrives with the customer. In Dockets it leaves out prices and internal order notes, while keeping delivery instructions and space to record received quantities and a signature. Your jobsheet is the internal preparation document and includes prices and order notes. For invoicing, export orders as Xero or QuickBooks compatible CSV files; this is not a live accounting connection.

From a one off document to repeat deliveries

A template can be enough for an occasional delivery. If the same cafés, shops or distributors order every week, Dockets keeps their details, agreed prices and standing orders together. Prepare from the jobsheet, check the delivery note and track Packed or Dispatched on the weekly board, without typing the order again.

Questions buyers ask

Can I print the example without signing up?
Yes. Print sample opens your browser’s print dialog. You can print it or save it as a PDF. It contains fictional details and is an example, not a form for creating your own orders.
What appears on a Dockets delivery note?
Your saved business details and logo, customer and delivery information, the order number, an optional customer PO, product quantities and units, and optional batch and best before details. Received quantity and signature fields help the customer check the delivery.
Are prices and internal notes included?
No. Customer delivery notes exclude prices and internal order notes. Customer delivery instructions remain visible. The internal jobsheet includes prices and order notes for your team.
Does it create a new note for each standing order?
Standing orders fill the dispatch week you are viewing. Each resulting order has its own number and documents, so the delivery note reflects that particular order, including any changes you make before printing.
Does Dockets email every delivery note automatically?
Dispatch emails are optional. Set your business email preferences in Settings and ensure the customer has an email address. Printing remains available independently of email delivery.
Can I use my own logo and product codes?
Yes. Save your business details and logo once in Settings. You can also choose whether product codes appear on jobsheets and delivery notes.
