Wholesale order management software for small manufacturers

Dockets handles the recurring trade orders that spreadsheets struggle with: every wholesale customer at their own agreed price, regular orders filled in automatically, and one weekly board showing exactly what goes out each day.

From trade order to dispatch

  1. Agreed pricing

Set list prices, group prices for shops or distributors, and individual agreed prices per customer. Orders pick the right one automatically.

  2. Standing orders

Regulars who order the same thing each week are filled in for you, without duplicates.

  3. Order links

Give each trade customer a private link to order on their phone at their own prices. No login needed.

  4. Dispatch board

See Monday to Sunday at a glance and mark orders packed and dispatched as the day moves on.

Replace the wholesale spreadsheet

Orders arriving by email, text and phone end up in one place with simple order numbers, customer PO references and a record that stays correct when prices change.

Know which accounts are going quiet

See monthly value per customer, best selling products and which trade accounts have not ordered in a week, three weeks or a month, so you can call before they drift away.

Made for small teams

  • Invite staff with their own logins and choose what each person can see and change.
  • Send order confirmations from your own Gmail, Outlook or business email.
  • Download a full backup of your data whenever you like.

A Monday for a small wholesale producer

Here is how one week of recurring trade accounts looks in Dockets. The customers are made up; the steps are what the app does.

CustomerOrderWhat Dockets does
Farm shop (Retail group)Standing order: 24 jars every MondayFilled into the week automatically at the Retail group price.
DistributorEmails a PO for 6 casesYou add the order with their PO reference, which prints on the jobsheet and delivery note.
DeliOrders 10 jars through its private link on a phoneTheir agreed price applies; you get an email and the order lands on Monday's board.
CaféHas not ordered for three weeksFlagged as lapsed on Dispatch and Metrics so you can call them.

By the afternoon the board shows what is packed and what has gone out, and the dispatched orders can be exported as invoice lines for Xero or QuickBooks.

Questions buyers ask

Can each wholesale customer have their own price?
Yes. Dockets uses a customer's agreed price first, then their group price (for example shops or distributors), then your list price. The price is copied onto each order so past orders stay correct.
Do customers need an account to order?
No. Each trade customer can get a private order link that works on a phone without a login. You can reset a link at any time.
Does it connect to Xero or QuickBooks?
Not directly. You can export dispatched orders as a CSV file that Xero and QuickBooks can import as invoices, with your own invoice prefix.
Can I bring my existing customer and product lists?
Yes. Import customers and products from a CSV file and match your columns during the import.
Is this a full ERP or warehouse system?
No. Dockets covers customers, products, pricing, orders and dispatch for small teams. It does not do purchasing, manufacturing recipes, route planning or multi warehouse stock.
